We Are Blessed
We at Vintage Church believe that God has blessed us in America richly, and we long for the day when we, as a Church Community, will be used by God as part of bringing His blessings and His Kingdom to the whole earth. We as a Church are committed to meeting the needs of people, including financial needs, within our Church body, in Lawrence, and in the world by partnering with ministries to reach those who are in need.
As individuals and as a Church, we are seeking to understand how we can find a healthy view of money and how we can use our recourses to build God's Kingdom on this earth. Therefore, we are striving to create a Church culture that is characterized by generosity and giving. There are several ways in which you can participate in Vintage through financial giving.
- Show up on Sunday nights and give tithes in the offering box located at the back of the auditorium.
- Give online through our safe and secure Paypal system.
- Take care of one another's needs in our community and the world.
No matter how we give, we seek to be a church who embraces the reality that we are all connected to each other. The less tightly we hold to our financial means, the more we learn that our generosity actually breaks the hold of materialism on our lives and frees us up to follow Jesus more closely.
